  • Can I keep the yard card display?
    The display is a rental, however, we do have custom yard cards that are yours to keep, please inquire.
  • How long can I keep the display?
    Rentals are up to 24 hours depending on availability. If you'd like to keep the rental longer we may be able to accommodate your request, depending of availability. There's an additional fee for each additional day. Please inquire prior to booking.
  • Do you set up on holidays?
    Holidays are reserved for family, however, we can install the day before depending on availability. Holidays are New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept credit cards, however, there is a 4% transaction fee. To avoid the transaction fee payments can be made via CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle using or 323-880-8311.
  • Are sales tax included in the cost?
    CA State Tax is collected on all personalized and custom orders.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    Delivery is included on installations within 15 miles of our LAX location. $30 Delivery Fee for installations 16-20 miles $40 Delivery Fee for installations 21-25 miles $50 Delivery Fee for installations 26-30 miles Beyond 30 miles - We will refer you to a yard card buddy in your area
  • What happens if the yard cards are damaged or stolen?
    The client is responsible for the yard card display after installation (or drop off in the case of DIY Display Kits). If display items are missing (lost or stolen) or damaged, payment for replacement will be invoiced and is due upon receipt. Charges are as follows: $5 per stake; $25 per individual letter and graphic; $60 per sign. We photograph each display we install (or deliver) to document inventory. For reference, the average replacement cost of a simple setup is $875; $1,320 for a standard setup and $575 for DIY Kits.
  • Can we take pictures with/of the yard cards?
    Absolutely! We would love for you to take pictures with/of the display. For safety reasons we encourage posing next to or behind the display to take photographs. If you post on IG please remember to tag us at @starpartyla.
  • Can I see a mock up prior to the installation?
    We do not provide mock ups, please visit the Gallery for a sample of our work.
  • May I help with the set up?
    For your safety we provide contactless installation. Please do not come out. We will text you with a picture of the display once installation is complete. If you're interested in setting up your own display we do offer a DIY Display Kit option, please contact us for details.
  • This looks fun and easy, can you help me start a yard card business?
    We'd be happy to help you get started. The basic business starter kit starts at $4,500 and includes the yard cards displays and advertising materials you need to get started immediately. We also offer 3 months of mentoring. If you're interested please let us know.
